Tortellini casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of tortellini from the refrigerated section, approx. 400 – 500 g
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ zucchini
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly herbs of Provence
  • 1 pack of grated cheese, approx. 150 – 200 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

quick and tasty

Arrange the tortellini in a baking dish. Finely dice the tomatoes and zucchini and arrange them over the tortellini. Mince the garlic clove and mix well with the cream, tomato paste, egg, water, and vegetable stock. Add salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. Pour the sauce over the casserole and sprinkle with plenty of cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes.
