Tortellini casserole with buttered vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of tortellini, filling as desired
  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 package of vegetables (butter), frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of Provence
  • garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Sauce thickener
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Cook the tortellini according to the instructions. Heat the buttered vegetables in a saucepan. Once the butter has melted, add the cream and bring to a boil. Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper, and spices, and thicken with the sauce thickener. Transfer the tortellini and sauce to a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
