Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 750 g tortellini, fresh, from the refrigerated section
- 250 g mascarpone
- 400 ml cream
- 100 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 200 g cooked ham
- 75 g butter
- Salt and pepper, black
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
- Parsley, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the ham into thin strips and fry with the butter in a pan. After about 2 minutes, add the mascarpone and let it melt briefly. Then deglaze with the cream, ensuring the mascarpone is fully combined with the cream. Season well with salt and add the Parmesan. Reduce the heat. Once the Parmesan is combined with the sauce, add the tortellini (without cooking) to the sauce and heat for about 4 minutes. Finally, season with freshly grated nutmeg. Transfer the tortellini to plates and sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper and dried parsley.
