Ingredients
The sauce
- 1 liter Salt water to boil
- 2 Discs Smoked belly (diced)
- 5 Slices small Ham (diced)
- 1 small Diced shallot
- 1 Tablespoon Oil for frying
- 200 Milliliters Cream (or cooking cream)
- Paprika powder
- 1 Teaspoon. Cornstarch (some water to stir off)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta as instructed. During this time, dice the shallot, dice the bacon and let it melt in a saucepan, then add the ham, add the shallot, deglaze with cream, thicken briefly with the starch. Season to taste with paprika powder. If salt is missing, it can be added. You can also stir in herbs.
