Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 2 spring onions
- 360 g tortellini, cooked
- 4 tbsp peas from the can
- 8 tsp mayonnaise
- 120 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- salt and pepper
- 10 basil leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the peppers and ham. Slice the onion into rings. Mix the peppers, ham, and onion rings in a bowl with the tortellini, peas, mayonnaise, and yogurt. Season the salad with vinegar, salt, pepper, and sliced basil. Serve with fruit.
