Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g tortellini
- salt water
- 350 g chicken breast or turkey breast
- 1 pineapple or 1 can
- 3 mandarins or 1 small can
- 300 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Miracel Whip
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice
- salt and pepper
- curry powder

Hawaii – fruity and spicy
Cook the tortellini in salted water, drain in a colander, and let cool. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and curry powder and fry until golden brown, then let cool. Peel the pineapple and mandarin oranges and cut into small cubes. Mix the mayonnaise or Miracle Whip, yogurt, and pineapple juice together in a bowl until creamy, then season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Add the tortellini, mandarin oranges, and pineapple to the bowl. Cut the chicken into small pieces and add it. Stir everything in well and let stand for about 30 minutes.
