Apple pie with crumble topping, without egg

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 150 g margarine
  • 3 apples
  • Fat for the mold
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g margarine
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all the ingredients for the base and knead into a dough by hand. Chill for 20 minutes. Grease a springform pan and dust with breadcrumbs. Roll out the dough (flour if it’s sticky) or press it into the springform pan. Press about 1.5 cm of dough up the edges. Peel, core, and slice the apples. Cover the base with the dough. Mix the sugar, flour, and margarine and knead into crumbles. Add a little cinnamon, if desired. Sprinkle over the apples and bake for about 45 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat), until the crumbles are golden brown.
