Tortellini salad with smoked pork

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g tortellini
  • salt water
  • 2 bunch spring onions
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 6 slices of Kasseler (Kasseler salmon, 1 cm thick)
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the tortellini in lightly salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, place the smoked pork slices in an ovenproof dish and cook in the oven at 100°C for about 15 minutes. Cut the cooked slices into small cubes and place them in a bowl along with any cooking juices. Drain the cooked tortellini and add them. Finely slice the spring onions and add them to the bowl. Mix all ingredients with Miracle Whip. If the salad is still a bit dry, add a little milk, if desired. This salad is perfect for a barbecue or buffet.
