Tortellini with ham and cream sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500g tortellini
  • salt water
  • 200 g cooked ham (back ham)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • n. B. Cheese, grated
  • Spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the ham. Heat the cream in a saucepan and whisk in the grated cheese until the sauce is smooth and smooth. Heat a little oil in a larger saucepan, brown the ham, and season to taste. Once the ham is nicely browned, add the tortellini. After briefly browning, pour the cheese and cream sauce over the tortellini and ham and return to the heat.
