Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g tortellini, small, filling of your choice, not precooked
  • 500 g creamed spinach
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and easy

Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Thaw the spinach in a saucepan. Once thawed, stir in the cream cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain the tortellini and add to the sauce. Serve immediately.
