Tortellini with tomato cream sauce and ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g tortelloni, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 500 ml tomato(s), strained
  • 100 ml cooking cream
  • 1 tsp broth, instant
  • 1 tsp herbs (Italian herb mixture), dried
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions. Dice the onion, finely chop the garlic, and dice the ham. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the ham and fry briefly. Add the passata and bring to a boil. Season with the broth and herbs. Then add the cooking cream to the sauce and bring back to a boil. Season to taste. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and lettuce.
