Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 liter meat broth
- 125 g tortellini, (tortelloni)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp milk
- 100 g cooked ham
- 1 bunch of chives
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Food seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring the meat broth to a boil and cook the tortelloni until tender, then drain. Rub a pan with the garlic clove. Combine the crème fraîche and milk in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and add the tortelloni. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and seasoning and simmer gently for a few minutes. Finely chop the ham and chives, add them to the tortelloni, and stir in. Serve immediately with toast or baguette.
