Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 onions, red
- some olive oil
- 1 pack of pasta (tortelloni)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
quick and tasty
Roughly dice the bell pepper. Finely slice the garlic clove and finely slice the onion. Sauté everything in olive oil for about 3 minutes. Add freshly cooked tortelloni and season with salt and pepper. Tip: Cook tortelloni in broth.
