Figs baked with feta cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 figs, fresh
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 2 slice(s) smoked bacon
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim the tops of the figs and cut them crosswise. Fill the wedges with the finely chopped feta and rosemary and wrap them with the bacon. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
