Tortilla Cips Casserole

  • 1 Pc. Fresh onion
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 400 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Can Canned kidney beans
  • 1 Can Baked beans
  • 1 Can Canned tomatoes chopped
  • 1 pack Salted tortilla chips
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream
  • Grated Gouda
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Sweet paprika
  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season well with salt, pepper, paprika and chili. The dish can be spicy;)
