Tortilla Cips Casserole
The perfect tortilla cips casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Fresh onion
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 400 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Can Canned kidney beans
- 1 Can Baked beans
- 1 Can Canned tomatoes chopped
- 1 pack Salted tortilla chips
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- Grated Gouda
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili powder
- Sweet paprika
- Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season well with salt, pepper, paprika and chili. The dish can be spicy;)
- Rinse and drain kidney beans. Then add to the mince together with the baked beans and tomatoes. Let everything boil.
- Put some tortilla chips in a baking dish. Spread the ground bean mixture over it, cover with chips. Spread the sour cream in dots, sprinkle some grated cheese over it and put it in the oven at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes. Finished!
