Tortilla lasagna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g chicken
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • optional vegetables of your choice
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 organic lime(s)
  • 3 tortillas
  • n. B. cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Chop the chicken, sear, season, and remove from the pan. Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Wash and chop the peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes, then sauté with the onions and garlic. Add the meat and season. Mix the sour cream with the zest and lime juice, along with salt. Layer the tortilla, sour cream, lime, cheese, vegetables, and chicken in a springform pan. The last layer should be cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat).
