Tortilla with chard and turkey breast filling

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chard, cut into strips
  • 250 g diced turkey breast fillet(s) or pork strips
  • 3 bell peppers, colored, diced
  • 1 jar taco sauce
  • 8 tortillas
  • 200 g feta cheese, diced
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wrap, burrito, etc. – also vegetarian options

Sear the turkey breast fillet in hot oil. Cut the raw chard into small pieces and add. Then deglaze with cream and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the diced bell peppers and let it simmer. Meanwhile, heat the tortillas in the oven according to the package instructions. Then add the taco sauce to the vegetables and let it reduce slightly. Fill the tortillas with it and sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and serve warm. Tip: For a vegetarian option, simply replace the meat with mushrooms, other vegetables, or more chard.
