Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced beef, can be omitted
  • 1 jar of lecho
  • ½ cup rice
  • salt water
  • 1 pack of wrap(s) (tortilla wraps)
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • n. B. herbs, e.g. Italian
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Tortilla wraps filled with rice, minced meat and/or letcho

Cook the rice in salted water. Heat the oil in a pan and season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and paprika, then brown well. Meanwhile, bring the lecho to a boil in a saucepan. Once the rice is ready, add it to the minced meat in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes (medium heat). Season the sour cream with salt and herbs, and heat the tortillas according to the package instructions. Spread each wrap with 4 heaped tablespoons of rice, the same amount of lecho, and about 3 tablespoons of sour cream, and roll up. Also delicious without meat. The rice can then be stirred directly into the lecho.
