Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small apple
  • 30 g bacon, cut into strips or diced
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 ml milk
  • e.g. chives, parsley or thyme
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 20 g cheese, spicy

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with apple, bacon, cheese and onions

Slice the onion and apple. Grate the cheese. Heat the butter in a nonstick pan and sauté the onion strips. Then add the bacon and apple slices and continue sautéing. Whisk the eggs with the milk, herbs, salt, and pepper and pour into the pan. Reduce the heat slightly and let the omelet set. Spread the cheese over the omelet and let it melt. Serve, perhaps with a green salad.
