Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 pork schnitzels, halved
- salt and pepper
- Thyme, fresh
- 250 g Mett (pork)
- 3 onions
- 200 ml cream
- 30 g herb butter

Season the pork schnitzel with salt, pepper, and thyme. Place it in a shallow, lightly greased dish, spread the minced pork evenly over it, and press down lightly. Slice the onions into very thin rings and arrange them on top. Pour in the cream and arrange the herb butter in small pieces on top. Braise in a preheated oven at 175°C for 2 hours. The meat will be tender and tender.
