Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g flour
  • 60 g butter
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

sweet snack for in between

Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer until a smooth batter forms. If desired, add additional ingredients such as almonds, chocolate chips, or similar. Pour the batter into a sandwich maker and bake until the muffins are cooked through. The specified amount is enough for 4 triangular sandwich muffins. They taste best warm.
