Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 250 ml cream, well chilled
  • 3 tbsp oat flakes
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 20 ml whiskey
  • 4 raspberries for decoration
  • 4 mint leaves, if desired, for decoration

Lightly toast the oats in a pan over low heat, stirring occasionally, then let cool thoroughly. Combine the honey and whiskey. Whisk the chilled cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form and fold in the honey-whiskey mixture and 2 tablespoons of toasted oats. Layer the raspberries and cream mixture alternately in four tall dessert glasses, with the cream as the last layer. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Finally, garnish each with 1 tablespoon of toasted oats and a raspberry. Garnish with a mint leaf, if desired, and serve.
