Triple Choc Cookies

The perfect triple choc cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Flour
  • 70 g Baking cocoa
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 g Butter
  • 300 g Sugar brown raw sugar
  • 2 Egg
  • 100 g Whole milk chocolate grated
  • 100 g Dark chocolate chopped into small pieces
  • 100 g White couverture
  • 2 tbsp Simple jam
  1. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Mix in eggs one at a time, the jam and then the flour mixture and work into a smooth dough. Fold in the chopped chocolate.
  2. From the dough about 3cm large and about 30gr. Shape heavy balls and place them on a baking sheet at a distance of 3-4cm and flatten them a little.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven (180 degrees) on the middle rack for about 11-12 minutes. Then let it cool down. After the baking time, the biscuits are still very soft. It has to be like this – just let it cool down, then you get the perfect consistency.
  4. For this recipe I like to use a light jam like peach or apricot. In contrast to the original recipe, I have already reduced the sugar. Just try it out.
