Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 kiwi(s), yellow
- 2 kiwi(s), green
- 1 mango(s)
- 1 small pineapple
- 2 tsp, heaped cornstarch
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 150 ml juice (multivitamin)
- 4 tbsp apricot jam
- whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean and dice all the fruit. Set some aside for garnish. Mix the cornstarch with a little water. Halve the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Bring the multivitamin juice to a boil with the vanilla seeds, the pod, and the jam. Remove the vanilla pod and stir in the cornstarch. Bring to a boil briefly and fold in the fruit. Ladle the fruit compote into glass bowls, serve with fruit cubes, and a dollop of whipped cream.
