Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 glasses of pineapple juice
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 pear(s) , (jar)
  • 300 ml buttermilk
  • 4 pear(s) – columns for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

great especially on hot days

Preparation: Place the pineapple juice in the freezer for at least half an hour beforehand to chill. Peel the banana and place it in a blender along with the pear, buttermilk, and pineapple juice; blend until smooth. Then pour into 4 glasses and garnish each with a pear slice. Enjoy cold. Delicious!
