Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana(s)
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- Honey, liquid
- Blueberries, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
great on hot days
First, wash the berries and peel the banana. Then, combine everything with the yogurt and oatmeal in a blender and blend until smooth. Then, pour everything into 4 glasses and garnish with the blueberries. Super delicious and healthy!
