Trout – Avocado Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe (ready to eat)
  • 125 g trout fillet(s), without skin
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 10 leaves of wild garlic
  • 2 cups sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the avocado, finely chop the wild garlic, and the trout fillet. Roughly puree or mash everything with a fork along with the remaining ingredients, and season to taste. Serve as an ideal starter with baguette.
