Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 avocado(s), ripe (ready to eat)
- 125 g trout fillet(s), without skin
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 10 leaves of wild garlic
- 2 cups sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the avocado, finely chop the wild garlic, and the trout fillet. Roughly puree or mash everything with a fork along with the remaining ingredients, and season to taste. Serve as an ideal starter with baguette.
