Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 130 g quark
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 600 g apples
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 100 g sugar
  • 650 ml milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sheet cake

Dough: Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. With a little flour, it spreads easily on a baking sheet. Topping: Prepare a pudding with milk, pudding powder, and sugar according to the package instructions. Let cool slightly. In the meantime, peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Pour the pudding onto the dough and scatter the apple pieces on top. Crumble: Mix the ingredients into crumbles and spread them over the topping. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
