Ingredients

  • 250 Size Peeled potatoes (floury) cut into slices
  • 100 ml Water
  • 5 Discs Black Forest ham
  • Sliced goat cheese roll
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • A little salt if necessary

Instructions

  • First get a pan with a lid ready to go. Place on the stove and set the hob to 3. Then cut the ham into large strips and fry in the pan. Prepare the potatoes and place the potato slices on the ham. Pour water over and close with the lid. Let it boil until the water has evaporated.
  • Shortly before the potatoes are done, let the goat cheese melt on the potatoes and then stir everything together. Season a little with pepper and salt and serve on a large plate. Tastes great and goes very quickly. For me, potatoes are great sources of potassium and real all-rounders! Have fun copying the French "poor people's meal" - truffade! ;-))))
