Tsampa with strawberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 cup(s) strawberries
  • 1 cup low-fat curd cheese
  • ¾ cup(s) flour (tsampa – roasted barley flour)
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the low-fat quark, sugar, and tsampa in a bowl. Wash and halve the strawberries, then add them to the mixture. Serve as a dessert. Tsampa is roasted barley flour, which is easy to make at home. All you have to do is roast and grind the barley grains in a pan.
