Baby Carbonara

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g noodles, small (soup, alphabet or shell noodles)
  • Water
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche or cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp parsley or basil
  • 1 small zucchini
  • some vegetable broth, instant, if necessary
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

suitable from 10 months

Suitable from 10 months. Cut the zucchini into very small cubes and lightly sauté in rapeseed oil. Add about half a cup of water. I always add a tiny bit of broth to give it a “richer” taste; my little one prefers it that way, but it’s not necessary. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until tender. When the zucchini is cooked, cut the ham into very small cubes and add it. Now add the crème fraîche or cream cheese and herbs; do not let it boil again. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Tip: Try using fine peas (preferably frozen, as they have more vitamins) or small crabs or other fish (but let them cook in the sauce for longer).
