Tuna and egg spread with Miracle Whip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small can of tuna in olive oil
  • 1 heaped tsp Miracle Whip
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Drain the tuna, hard-boil the eggs, and cut them into very small cubes (preferably with an egg slicer). Mix both ingredients with the Miracle Whip and let it sit, covered, in the refrigerator for a few hours. Finally, season with salt. This amount of spread is enough for 4-5 slices of bread.
