Tuna and feta cheese pate

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 package of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
  • 150 g tuna
  • 250 g sheep’s cheese
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Parsley
  • Chives, frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • garlic powder
  • oil
  • Cheese, grated (Gouda)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the tuna thoroughly and mix it with the feta cheese, sour cream, egg, chives, and parsley. Brush a baking dish with a little oil. Divide the puff pastry almost exactly in half. Place one half in the baking dish and spread with the tuna mixture. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic, then place the other half of the pastry on top. Press the edges slightly to the sides of the dish. Sprinkle everything with the cheese and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
