Tuna and garlic dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 300 ml mayonnaise (Miracel Whip Yoghurt or Balance)
  • 2 tbsp chives, freeze-dried
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 shallots
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the tuna and mix with a fork and Miracle Whip until creamy. Crush and finely chop the garlic cloves, finely chop the shallots, and stir them into the mixture along with the chives. Season with salt and pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. Delicious as a spread on bread or as a dip for plain or lightly salted ribbed chips.
