Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bell peppers
- 2 cans of tuna
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- some sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
- chives
- dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dice the bell peppers and add them to a bowl with the tuna. Make a sauce with mayonnaise, sour cream, and the spices. Pour the sauce over the bell pepper tuna. Chop the herbs, toss over the top, and serve.
