Tuna, cheese and rocket cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • some milk, if necessary

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

actually a spread, but also goes great with tagliatelle

Mix or blend the diced onion with tuna, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until creamy, adding a little milk if desired. Wash the arugula thoroughly, remove the stems, cut into 1-2 cm strips, and then mix with the cream. It tastes great as a spread, but also delicious with tagliatelle or other pasta dishes.
