Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g herb cream cheese
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- ½ bell pepper(s), fresh, red, diced
- 1 tbsp herbs, as desired (chives, chives, parsley…)
- 1 small onion(s), finely diced
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
ideal as a spread, but also as a filling
Drain the tuna. Then mix all ingredients into a cream and let it rest in a cool place for at least an hour. This cream is perfect as a spread for bread or rolls. It also works as a filling for baked pancakes, tomatoes, or cherry peppers. Let your imagination run wild.
