Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Glycemic index – suitable

Drain the tuna and roughly shred it. Puree the tuna with cream cheese, yogurt, and lemon juice. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. This dip is perfect for a buffet or with strips of vegetables, or it’s delicious with boiled potatoes.
