Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ onion(s), very finely chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dashes citric acid
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • Chives, finely chopped
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 baguette(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the tuna with mayonnaise and sour cream, along with the very finely chopped onion (or puree it, if you like). Peel and press the garlic clove, and stir in. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and citric acid. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and chives before serving. Wash the vegetables for dipping and cut them into bite-sized strips. Serve everything together.
