Tuna Dumplings

The perfect tuna dumplings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Cans Tuna fillet natural
  • 2 shot Balsamic vinegar
  • 50 g Rice
  • 2 tsp Curry powder 1
  • 1 piece Fresh ginger
  • 1 Knife point Ground cumin
  • 50 g Red lenses
  • 1 St Onion
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • 400 g Cream cheese
  • 400 ml. Oil
  1. Boil rice 1 cup of rice 2 cups of water, drain the tuna and add 1 can to the cooled rice. Grind the lentils, curry powder, ginger, cumin, vinegar, salt, mix everything with the pre-cooked rice.
  2. Heat the oil, form small balls with wet hands and briefly bake in the hot oil. Put the cream cheese in a bowl, mix the diced onion, chopped garlic, salt and pepper, and a little olive oil with it. Serve with the dumplings.
