Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large flatbread(s)
- 4 cans of tuna in oil
- 2 m.-large onion(s), red
- 400 g processed cheese
- 400 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Drain the tuna and slice the onion into rings. Cut the flatbread in half crosswise and spread both halves with melted cheese. Top with tuna and onions and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (325°F) for 10-15 minutes. Serve with a mixed salad.
