simple and delicious!

Cook the rice in twice the amount of water and a little salt, season with curry. Trim and wash the leek, cut it lengthwise, and cut it into strips. Remove 1 tablespoon of oil from the tuna and discard the rest. Sauté the leek in the oil in a pan, season with salt and curry, add the tuna, and heat gently. Finally, carefully fold in the rice, seasoning with more salt and curry if desired. The tuna stir-fry can also be eaten cold as a salad. Fresh leek rings or strips are a good garnish. Using spicy tuna with a side of vegetables makes the stir-fry a bit more flavorful and juicy.
