Tuna Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Cooked pasta of your choice
  • 2 Cans Tuna in its own juice
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Can Chunky tomatoes
  • 1 Can Garlic pepper
  • 1 shot Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Seasoned salt
  • 3 tbsp Telly cherry pepper
  • 3 tbsp Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Italian herbs
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 100 g Grated Emmental

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into rings and press the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pot and sauté the onions and garlic, briefly toast the tomato paste, then deglaze with the tomato cubes. Season with seasoned salt, garlic pepper, pepper, nutmeg, vinegar and sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!

  • Drain the tuna and mix well with the pasta and sauce. Put in a casserole dish brushed with olive oil and sprinkle with plucked mozzarella and Emmental cheese!
  • Bake in the oven for about 30-45 minutes until golden brown! There was also a green salad!
