Ingredients
 

tomato sauce

  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 size Vine tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan. Peel and chop the onion and fry in the hot oil until translucent. Wash and dice the tomatoes and add them together with the creme fraîche. Bring to the boil briefly, then puree and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in the Parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked pasta, mix well and serve.
