Tuna pizza rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 rolls (bake-up rolls)
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 1 jar pepper(s), pickled red cut into strips
  • 1 jar green olives, sliced
  • 100 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the tuna, place it in a bowl, and shred it with a fork. Place the peppers and olives in a sieve, rinse briefly, chop them a little more if necessary, and then add them to the tuna. Crush the garlic, then add the cheese and cream. Mix everything well and season with salt, pepper, and pizza seasoning. Cut the rolls in half and spread the mixture, not too thickly, on each roll. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven). Bake for about 15 minutes.
