Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large eggs, or 3 small ones
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 250 g quark, 40% fat
  • 75 ml cream
  • 100 g spinach, preferably frozen
  • 200 g gratin cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs as desired
  • Spice(s) to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Low-carb

Whisk the eggs, quark, cream, and spices together thoroughly and pour the mixture into a round baking dish. Spread the spinach on top, then shred the tuna and spread it on top. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. If you have one, use the fan-assisted grill function for the last few minutes to make the quiche more savory. Then turn off the oven and leave the quiche in for a few more minutes. Let it cool slightly before serving.
