Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 cans of tuna
  • 3 small cans of corn
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 50 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and tasty

Drain the tuna and tear it apart. Clean the bell peppers and dice them into small pieces. Drain the corn. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and then toss with the tuna, diced bell peppers, and corn. Let the salad sit until ready to serve.
