Russian tuna salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g tuna, without oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g corn, can
  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • 500 g potatoes, cooked
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • 100 ml mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the tuna. Chop the onion, egg, and potato. Drain the corn. Place everything in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let stand for 10 minutes.
