Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 large bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g salsa or gypsy sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the onion and bell pepper. Drain the beans. Lightly squeeze the water out of the tuna and shred it. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
