Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can peas, extra fine
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 jar onion(s) (small pearl onions)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Drain the peas, corn, and pearl onions, and wash and deseed the peppers. Cut the peppers into small squares and place everything in a large bowl. Now add the tuna (with its juice) and gently fold it in. Season with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, and let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
